Irit Yomtov is the head of the design and construction department of the firm. Irit is highly reputed in the areas of real estate and design and construction and gained rich professional experience, vast knowledge and expertise in handling and representing clients in all aspects of design and construction, including entrepreneurship and promotion of complex urban building schemes, re-zoning and conversion, objection proceedings, extraordinary usage permits, building permits applications, complex registrations of parcellation plans, etc. Irit has vast knowledge and experience in design and construction litigation and she accompanies and represents clients from both the public and the private sectors in legal and administrative proceedings before all levels of planning committees, decisive appraisers, different planning authorities and all tribunals in design and construction cases, including compensation actions according to section 197 of the Design and construction Law, betterment levies, expropriation cases, etc. In addition, Irit gained unique experience and expertise in the building conservation area.
Irit’s practice also includes hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate law, including escorting and handling complex real estate transactions, unique large-scale projects, combination transactions, yielding assets and real estate transactions.
