Internship at SKZ
We believe that our Interns are the firm’s future generation and consequently we invest time and resources to recruit and train them.
The firm prides itself not only with respect to its exemplary attention to its clients, but also in the respect and personal attention to all its employees, including its Interns. We believe in an “open door” and direct informal access of all Interns to any partner or associate, in any professional or personal question or problem.
What is the firm's Internship model?
Each Intern is attached to the department he chose during his recruitment process. Within the department, the Interns are working as part of a "pool" which enables each Intern to interact with and learn from all the partner's and associates in his department, and accordingly to be exposed to different working styles and approaches.
What is the scope of an Intern's practice in our firm?
Interns are engaged in legal work and constitute and integral part of the firms' professional team. They are involved in all phases of the cases in which they are engaged, they accompany the lawyers to all court appearances, attend all meetings and communicate directly with the clients.
What is the working environment of the Interns?
Interns are working in a joint pleasant and comfortable "open space" working area, in which each intern is allocated a personal working station. The interns can use a large and diversified legal library as well as access to all leading legal digital platforms.
Do Interns take part in the firm's social functions?
The firm regularly initiates many social functions to all its lawyers and employees in which Interns take part, such as joint vacations in Israel and abroad, excursions, special functions for the Interns, and other functions.
What are my chances, as an Intern, to stay with the firm at the end of my internship?
The chances are high. We provide clear priority to our Interns when recruiting new associates to the firm. In fact, most of our firm's partners and associates began their career as our Interns.
